200 hour yoga teacher training
Our Warrior One Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training program is carefully designed for students who want to deepen their practice as well as for those students who wish to become teachers themselves. Our trainings include two intakes in 2018; a 1 month intensive OR 6 x weekend immersions over a 6-month period to fit in with your lifestyle. Join Dustin, Nova and our OMazing teacher tribe for an opportunity to deepen your understanding of yoga, expand your skills and learn how to share that with the world. Our Yoga Alliance® accredited course includes philosophy, asana, sequencing, pranayama, anatomy, meditation and business.
This yoga teacher training will place demands upon your comfort zones and challenge insecurities, inspire incredible self-esteem and self-respect both as a teacher and as an individual as well as transform your ability to feel connected to yourself and to others. This type of work becomes very powerful when a group of people, ready to break open and reveal, come together for the purpose of enriching human experience.

This training will leave you feeling confident in your own practice and ready to teach. We believe that the best teachers embody yoga in their day to day life, therefore, this course is designed to help you dive deep into all facets of yoga so that the teachings become a part of your life. The course framework and length allows you to ingest and digest the full yogic experience.
Technique & Yoga Practice – Asana, pranayama, meditation and mantra—analytical training in how to teach and practice the techniques and guided practice of the techniques themselves.
Teaching Methodology – Includes the principles of demonstration, observation, assisting and correcting, instruction, teaching styles, qualities of a teacher, the student’s process of learning and business aspects of teaching yoga.
Anatomy & Physiology – Includes both human physical anatomy and physiology and energy anatomy and physiology. Includes both the study of the subject and application of its principles to yoga practice.
Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teachers – Includes the study of yoga philosophies, yoga lifestyle and yoga ethics. Mantra, Chanting, Nadis, Chakras, Yamas & Niyamas.
Practicum – Includes practice teaching, receiving feedback, observing others teaching and hearing and giving feedback. Also includes assisting students while someone else is teaching.
Electives – Includes self practice and self study.
